Q. What happens if 2 people try to call for help?

A. Each station operates completely autonomously, allowing for up to 7 simultaneous calls per loop. The total number of concurrent calls is only limited by the bandwidth capacity of your company’s network.

Q. Can I call inside the building from outside?

A. Each area station is assigned a unique public SIP address. By knowing this address, anyone can call the station, and it will automatically answer the call. For example, a firefighter can use his smartphone from the truck to check in with all the area stations within the building.”.

Q. Can I have my own logo on the display?

A. We don’t intend for the area station to be used as an advertisement panel, but the installer does have the option to add a small logo to the main display.

Q. Can I customize the front plate?

A. We can customize the front plate of the area station with any design or text you require. However, this will incur an additional cost.

Q, What can I do, if a station fails?

A. The product comes with a one-year warranty. During this period, you can return the station or main board for free repair or replacement. However, we recommend that installers keep spare equipment on hand to ensure immediate replacement at the customer’s site if needed.
