Q. What happens if 2 people try to call for help?
A. Every station is completely autonomous and you can have 7 simultaneous calls on every loop and as many as your company networks has bandwidth for.
Q. Can I call inside the building from outside?
A. Every area station has a unique pubic SIPaddress. If you know this address, you can call the station and the station will automatically pick up the call. A fireman could from his truck and with his smartphone check all the area stations of the building.
Q. Can I have my own logo on the display?
A. We dont’t want the area station be used as a advertisment panel, but the installer can put a small logo on the main display.
Q. Can I customize the box?
A. We can print anything on the front plate of the area station. However this would be added to the price.
Q, What can I do, if a station fails?
A. There is a warranty of one year. During that time period, you can send back the station or the main board, and the station is repaired or replaced free of charge. However the installer should have some spare equipment in order to replace a product at the customers site.
